On the 19 October 2022, the IDP public participation was held at Madikwe offices for cluster 2 (Ward 4, 18, 19, 20).
Cllr Stephina Mashishi outlined the purpose that the municipality is embarking on first round IDP to collate needs/priorities of the Local communities.
The Acting Mayor Cllr Dithothi Tshetlhane, thanked all councillors, officials moreover communities for robustly participating in successful IDP roadshow. She further outlined the significance of IDP platforms so that municipality can render services stated by communities. Lastly, the municipality has noted all concerns raised by the community more importantly the provision of water, roads and storm water, RDP houses and Eskom related ones.
