Corporate Services
Corporate Services supports the internal administration of the Municipality and builds organisational capacity for effective governance and service delivery.
Departmental functions include:
Human resource development, recruitment, training, and development
Political support to Council and its Committees
Secretariat, archives, registry, records, printing, and telephone support
Labour relations and Local Labour Forum coordination
Institutional capacity and organisational development
Information systems and IT infrastructure support
Corporate Services enables the Municipality to function efficiently through coordinated administrative, people, governance, and information support systems.
