The Moses Kotane Local Municipality would like to inform all residents and stakeholders that the Tweelagte Registering Authority and the Driving Licence Testing Centre (DLTC), will remain fully operational throughout the festive season — including Saturdays.
To ensure uninterrupted service delivery, the offices will be open for full operations on Saturday, 13 December 2025, and Saturday, 20 December 2025.
Members of the public are encouraged to make use of the services on these dates.

• Renewal of driving licences
• Renewal of motor vehicle licences
• Registration and licensing of motor vehicles
• Change of ownership
• Collection of driving licence cards
• De-registration of motor vehicles
• Application for registration certificates
• Renewal of PrDP
