MKLM continues to heighten rendering services to the people especially Water Projects during this time
Pella- On the 09th July 2020, Moses Local Municipality handed over Phase II Water Supply Project worth R21 Million Rand to benefit Ward 18 amd 19 Communities. The construction period of this project is anticipated to be approximately eight (8) months.
The SOD Turning was graced by the Presence of Kgosi Gasebone, Portfoloi Head of Infrastructure Cllr Bushy Manganye, Portfoloi Head of Finance Cllr Lawrence Kapari, Ward 18 Councillor Mamiki Radiokana and Ward 19 Cllr Harry Kodongo and PMU Officials.
The project includes the construction of 21, 6KM pipeline, upgrading of the existing water treatment plant, water pressure testing, equipping and energizing of two newly boreholes, installation of 250kl elevated steel tank, communal taps, installation of air and scour valves, excavation, site clearing bedding and blanket and water pressure testing.
The project is officially handed over to the Traditional Council, however Communities were not invited to be part as usual due to Covid-19 outbreak which prohibits gathering.
