Moruleng Mall: On the 31st March 2020, Minister of Police Hon. Bheki Cele together with leadership of the Moses Kotane Local Municipality held a Road Block on the R510 between Mogwase and Northam during which motorists were extensively encouraged to implement precautionary measures managing spread of Covid-19 such as regularly wash their hands with soap, avoid physical contact, taxis and buses were encouraged to maintain social distancing even inside the cars etc.
The Minister of Police then visited Moruleng Mall as it is identified as one of the Hotspots wherein lots of people flock in and a lot of non-compliance are experienced. Minister of Police Hon. Bheki Cele concluded his day by joining in the meeting with local Traditional leaders encouraging them to help Government in managing the Corona Virus within various communities.
